Sat Aug 20, 2022

Pregnancy signs can be different for every woman and can be at different stages. But there are some things that stay common for every woman and we have listed some of them down below:

1) Periods

The most commonly reported and most obvious indication of being pregnant is when you miss a pregnancy. When conception is complete the body releases hormones that cease the process of ovulation and shed the inner lining inside the uterus. This signifies that your menstrual flow is over and you will not get a period until the time of your baby's birth. However, missing your menstrual cycle isn't necessarily an indication of pregnancy. It is possible to be prone to irregular periods due to extreme stress, over-exercise eating, hormone imbalances and other issues that can result in irregular menstrual cycles.

2) Frequent Pee

Many women might observe that they are visiting the toilet quite frequently. This is due to the fact that you've more blood now. The reason behind - As you get pregnant your body's blood supply grows. The kidneys cleanse your blood and get rid of the waste. This waste goes out of your body through pee. The more blood you have in your body the higher likely you are to be required to go to the bathroom.

3) Fatigue

Many people are extremely tired during early pregnancy. This sign of pregnancy occurs due to excessive levels of the hormone progesterone. Like many other signs of pregnancy early it is common for fatigue to become better during the first quarter (after the week 13, which is when pregnancy begins). However, it will appear in the third trimester of pregnancy for some people.

4) Sore Breasts

The breasts of women can be tender when you are pregnant. The feeling of soreness can be similar to how your breasts feel prior to a period, but it's more. The areolas (the region around your nipple) could start to darken and grow. This discomfort is not permanent and will fade when your body adjusts to the higher levels of hormones. It is possible that your breasts have become larger , and your bra has become less slender than normal.

These are some of the signs that can help you get an idea as to whether you are pregnant or not. If you observe any of the symptoms you can take the pregnancy test or even visit a doctor.
